The 10 Best-Paid Chelsea Players After Ziyech Deal


Following confirmation that Hakim Ziyech has agreed personal terms with Chelsea, here are the 10 highest-paid players at the Blues following the African superstar's confirmed transfer.

On Sunday, Chelsea announced that the Moroccan has officially put pen to paper on a deal with the club, after agreeing personal terms over a move away from Ajax Amsterdam at the end of the season.

According to football journalist Nico Shira, as well as other publications across Europe, the 26-year-old will reportedly earn about £4.1 million (R80 million) a year in England, which is believed to be double his salary in the Netherlands.

That annual salary is not enough to see Ziyech become one of Chelsea's 10 highest earners, though, but who does make that list?According to Spotrac, goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga and midfielder N'Golo Kante are the club's best-paid players, with both said to be on £7.8 million (R152 billion) a year, ahead of Christian Pulisic in third.
